In this immersive workshop, we explore The Dynamic Process of Psychodrama through the powerful lens of Shiva-Shakti – the eternal dance of masculine stillness (Shiva) and feminine flow (Shakti) within us. Psychodrama, like the cosmic interplay of these energies, brings together structure and spontaneity, presence and expression, the observer and the mover. This workshop invites participants to awaken both aspects within: centering in awareness (Shiva) while embodying emotion and creativity (Shakti) through enactments. Through role plays, stage work, and relational exploration, we journey into personal stories to unlock deeper understanding, healing, and wholeness.
