Psychodrama is essentially a group psychotherapy action method. This could be used in clinical and non- clinical setting for example it can be used in any business establishment for team building, conflict management, stress management, identifying and working with stress, improving communication, building trust, identifying issues etc. In clinical settings Psychodrama is a very powerful method to help bring clarity and insights about ourselves and our relationships. This method is a spontaneous and creative, and is used by well trained and certified psychodramatists who are usually called the Psychodrama director. A director enables or facilitates a re enactment of real life situations, past incidents or situations or an inner mental process but acting them out in the present time.
If you are working as a corporate trainer or life coaches/mentors or if you are a psychotherapist/ psychologist / psychological counsellor – This training will give you additional tools to understand and build your clients or patients.
This course gives you 10 certified Psychodrama training hours by qualified trainers of Indian Institute of Psychodrama. The sessions will happen online for 2 hours on Wednesdays.

TRAINERS:
Dr. Herb Propper, PhD, TEP, is a trainer, educator, and practitioner of psychodrama, sociometry and group psychotherapy with 40 years of experience in the field. He is the Resident Trainer for the Indian Institute of Psychodrama. He is a member of the American Board of Examiners, and a fellow of the American Society of Group Psychotherapy and Psychodrama (ASGPP).
Ms. Magdalene Jeyarathnam,Founder Director of Indian Institute of Psychodrama, She is an Expressive Arts therapist and board certified Psychodramatist. She is currently completing her PEP Certification, she is in the international committee of ASGPP and is also on the board of directors of International Association of Group Psychotherapy and Group Process (IAGP).
