Exploring and enhancing the child’s individuality and self-esteem using story/ art/ drama/ games/ collage/ music and movement.
We conduct a cycle of 10 online sessions focusing on the individual and group needs of the children. Using Expressive Arts Therapy to help children connect to their problems, giving voice to their emotions, and to learn techniques to heal. It enhances peer learning.
Mainly focusing on- To help the children engage during lock-down, Behavior Management, Relationship issues, Improve concentration /focus, Anger and aggression management, Goal setting, Increasing social skills, Increasing self esteem
Age: 12 to 15
EVERY SATURDAYS 10 -11:30
Requirement to participate: Laptops/tabs with internet connection, art materials like crayons, color pencils, Magazines, paper etc.
Fee: 3000 per cycle
