Exploring how Sociodrama facilitates catharsis – September 2021
What is Sociodrama ?
A sociodrama is a dramatic play in which several individuals act out assigned roles for the purpose of studying and remedying problems in group or collective relationships. Sociodrama addresses the problems and issues of the group. By putting agreed upon social situations into action, group members get a chance to express their thoughts and feelings, gain deeper understanding of their values, and practice new ways of dealing with problems.
